The District

New Haven, CT

The District, in New Haven Connecticut, is the 100 year old bus terminal for the New Haven bus service completely renovated into a variety of corporate and individual workspaces. Using a modern industrial design theme, the intent was to provide clean steel and brick lines with bold colors. The challenge was to soften the space with plants. AgroSci was contracted to design and install greenwalls and plantscapes throughout the facility, accenting common areas such as open work spaces and cafes as well as conference rooms and meeting areas.

The end result is a modern, structural feel with a warm comfortable atmosphere form the plants. The iconic CNBC Universal greenwall uses our exclusive Aerogation® technology – actively cleaning the air, while adding the warmth and comfort of green plants.
