For the past 35 years Chris has been involved in the development and installations of horticultural projects all over the world. From soil systems for professional sports stadiums to plantings in the largest collection of green walls in the world, his expertise and practical application of nature’s processes results in a sustainable and economical solution to design challenges.

Crystal brings 25 years of diverse experience in the horticultural industry to AgroSci. She started her career working in a greenhouse at the age of 15 and moved up rapidly to various roles in the industry, including Sales Representative for the largest wholesale nursery in the northeast US, New England Territory Manager for a leading garden products company, and Project Administrator for a plant delivery startup. As Sales Team Leader, Crystal brings to AgroSci a focused approach for customer relationships, and a comprehensive understanding of the industry dynamics – combined with hands-on experience in the field.

Vincent’s interest in sustainable design began in his high school architectural program and led him to pursue a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams University. He approaches each project with creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, continually refining his design expertise to deliver innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Tonya brings exceptional care, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset to every project she supports. Since joining the team, she has quickly developed a strong understanding of plant care and maintenance, earning a reputation for keeping living walls and interior plants thriving. Her commitment to customer service, reliability, and continuous learning helps ensure that every installation remains healthy, vibrant, and beautiful.

Don has worked with Chris Pianta and AgroSci for over 10 years, supporting AgroSci’s growth, advising on capital raising, financial management and business strategy. Don has over 40 years of experience in commercial and investment banking and has supported many entrepreneurs and middle-market companies seeking financial advice. Mr. Ercole received a B.S. from Cornell University in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business.
