Starwood Hotels and Resorts introduced to Nashville its latest addition to the 1Hotel brand of eco-friendly hotels. AgroSci is proud to say this is the forth 1-Hotel we have had the honor of designing and installing greenwalls and horticultural features for their premier facility

With over 14,000 pots, over 56,000 ivy plants, and a unique ivy drape which exceeds 800 linear feet, the 1 Hotel boasts the largest exterior greenwall in Tennessee. Divided into 29 irrigation zones through a computerized water management controller system, the plants are monitored in person and remotely for water application and use.

In addition to the greenwall, AgroSci was asked to design and install a number of custom landscape features around the Porte Cochere and Hotel entrance. These features present the guests with a unique experience in regional plants and reinforces the position of the eco-friendly biophilic brand 1 Hotel embraces.

Since 2018, AgroSci has been involved in the design, build and installation of the Ivy Façade and horticultural features at the 1 Hotel in Nashville, TN. From concept to plans to reality, the integration of AgroSci in the design process has enabled the General Contractor to save time and money, and the Owner to experience the same, delivering a signature feature for all to experience.
